1:1 therapy
I believe we should focus less on living a “happy life” and more on having an enriched life experience. Life can be difficult and we will all struggle at different points in our life. While we can’t always avoid pain, we can choose how much we will suffer. In my work with clients, I use a psychodynamic approach to build and strengthen insight while using a solution-based approach to provide you with hands on coping skills for managing your day to day life.
Engaging in this process of self-examination and increased self-understanding will help you identify and overcome the roadblocks standing in the way of reaching your full potential.

organizational consult
During the past 20 years that I’ve worked as a psychotherapist, I’ve become more and more aware of the way in which a person’s space can impact one’s life– from those who are struggling with hoarding to individuals who need guidance and support to create a space that reflects who they are.
By distinguishing between the important and the unnecessary, a person can gain more time in their day and create a space that nurtures intentional living– emotionally, physically and mentally. When less becomes more, we can begin to live a life more fulfilled.
Pulling from my background in therapy, using guiding principles of minimalism, and the many deep dives that I’ve taken into what it means to live a meaningful life, my clients and I work together to create time for what matters most. If this resonates for you, let’s chat.
