R E S T (is hard for me) but also, so important


I’m one of those people that just moves moves moves, and can still end up feeling like I never arrived if I’m not careful. (Can you relate?) Because of this, #intentionalliving is near and dear to me because it ensures I hit the markers that are meaningful throughout each day

Today I am pausing in between sessions to kick back and reflect (must refuel) and tonight I will tune all the way into my fam

These are the markers amid the rest (daily laundry, homework supervision, notes, dishes, activities, emails, blah blah blah 😉)
